UNC vs Montana

It was an exciting night in Greeley with UNC taking on Montana for the Big Sky Championship in front of over 3,000 fans. Montana came out strong keeping it close all night but with senior guard Devon Beitzel taking over scoring 27 points and the tournament MVP the Bears shut the door on the Grizzlies to win the game 65-60. Now the Bears for the first time in the schools history will make a trip to the NCAA Tournament.

UNC vs Northern Arizona

Went to the Big Sky Championship in Greeley where the UNC Bears hosted the tournament. First game was at 5:30, Montana State vs Weber State. Montana prevailed to move on to the Championship. the late game had UNC vs Northern Arizona. UNC came out strong leading most of the first half but NA came back to go ahead by halftime. It was an uphill battle for the Bears but they made a run late in the second half to go ahead by 3. With a three-point lead and finals second to go in the game, a three-point field-goal attempt by Cameron Jones rimmed off. Game over, Bears win in dramatic fashion. The Bears play tonight against Montana State for the Big Sky Championship and a chance to get in the NCAA Tournament, The Big Dance.
